We would like to welcome the following people into the PDC family! Ely Galindo is our Front Desk Administrative Assistant. She provides administrative support to all of our staff. Ely has been working as an Administrative Assistant for 20 years and isn’t tired of it yet! She likes to both cook and dance and sometimes dancing while she is cooking! Brandon Rodriguez, E.I.T. is an Assistant Civil Engineer who graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in civil engineering. Brandon recently passed the 8-hour portion of the Water Resources and Environmental PE exam. He gained valuable experience from working at two different civil engineering firms in the San Francisco bay area before coming to PDC.  Brandon is responsible for assisting in the preparation of plans, coordinating work assignments with design team engineers, and supporting other staff. He likes to go rock climbing, backpacking/camping, and snowboarding. He also is proud to be a first generation college graduate and anticipates his younger siblings joining him very soon! Ceasar MacPherson joins PDC’s Phoenix office as a Senior Designer. In his position, Ceasar works directly with the Project Manager doing design and drafting for projects. He has over 30 years of experience. Zachariah Trujillo is our Accounting Clerk responsible for posting cash receipts, making bank deposits, creating and mailing client invoices, reconciling time-sheets for our survey crew, and entering project related vendor invoices and employee expense reports. In Zach’s free time, he enjoys building lowriders. Garrett Anderson joins us as an Assistant Civil Engineer. His responsibilities are hydraulic and hydrologic modeling/civil engineering design, engineering support for Professional Engineers, and stormwater permitting/report writing. Hayley Monroe, an Assistant Civil Engineer worked as an intern at PDC last summer before going back to Arizona for her senior year of college. After graduating with a Master of Science in Engineering in May, she was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a senior civil engineering design class. We are happy to have her back as a full-time team member. Jesus Rodriguez, an Assistant Civil Engineer is another former intern who has become a full-time employee at PDC. He assists our Project Managers with a variety of tasks such as hand drafting on mylars, red-lining plan sets, and picking up plans at the City. He still holds a record of being unbeatable at ping pong at his previous jobs!
